  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad) after verifying your return.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange instead of a refund if the product is available in stock.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
